Portuguese footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to give his South African fans reasons to show him love, after his recent Instagram video shows the star working out and dancing to a Costa Titch track.
The late Amapiano artist who collapsed and died on stage at the Ultra SA music festival in March, would have been “over-the-moon” to see his idol vibing to his music, according to Costa Titch’s distraught mother, Lara Langeveld.
Langeveld who has been vocal since her son’s untimely passing, said her family is half-Portuguese and were big fans of Ronaldo.
The Portuguese forward who now plays for Saudi side, Al Nassr, posted a workout video this month, which features the Costa Titch and Champuru Makhenzo track, Ma Gang.
Ronaldo seemed to enjoy the vibe of the track and was all smiles when he pulled off a few dances moves.
The footballer, who just sponsored a mineral water company, can be seen sipping on URSU water in his video.
A number of South Africans who commented on Ronaldo’s video, said as much as the footballer’s post made them proud to be South African, they wished Costa Titch was alive to see it for himself.
The 28-year old was reported to have suffered an epileptic seizure whilst performing, however, his mother has disputed this, saying her son was never diagnosed with epilepsy.
