Supermommy to the rescue: First aid skills every parent should have

By: Natasha Archary   Nothing is scarier than having a little one who is in obvious distress, hurt or not breathing. Parenting is one of the most important roles you could ever take on and having first aid skills for when mommy or daddy’s kisses won’t fix the boo boo is equally necessary.   As a parent, I always keep a first aid kit in my car and at home. Be vigilant: Too many children are going missing in South Africa

By: Natasha Archary   At the time this article was published, the decomposing body of a boy fitting Miguel Louw’s description was discovered. Innovative Date Idea: Bungee jump at Skybar in Fourways

By: Natasha Archary     On the last Innovative Date Idea: SCAD freefall post I hinted at the next adventure. In my books it’s the next logical step after a 40 metre freefall. Yup, a bungee jump. Alcohol abuse in women is on the rise – learn your safe limit (Part 1)

By: Natasha Archary   With an increase in the consumption of alcohol in women, one can’t help but question why more women are turning to booze today. It can be said that with the pressures on women to succeed in every area of their lives, many lean towards that glass of red as a coping mechanism.   Gone are the days where a woman’s role was solely, “stay-at-home-mom”. With the […]

EPA-EFE/Martial Trezzini Kofi Annan (80) was an important historical figure who played a critical role in many key events of the 1990s and 2000s. His death is therefore an opportunity to both celebrate his life and to begin honestly assessing his contributions to the world. The Ghanaian diplomat’s legacy is complicated. He served as […]

Build your digital brand presence and stay relevant in a saturated market

By: Natasha Archary   You’re dead in the water if you are yet to embrace technology in some form or another. Emails and websites are but the tip of the digital iceberg and if your company hasn’t quite breached the surface, you’re floating on thin ice.   Without a strong digital brand presence many corporates or small start-ups are struggling to compete in a saturated market space. There are so […]
