A few months ago, South African DJ and producer Oscar Mbo came under fire from fans after it was alleged that he was wearing fake clothes.
When asked about this on Podcast And Chill, Oscar Mbo openly confessed to having worn counterfeit clothing in the past. However, he emphasized that it was unintentional on his part, as he had a supplier whom he trusted at the time who unknowingly sold him fake clothes.
According to Oscar Mbo, he was a victim of a scam, and it had nothing to do with his ability to afford authentic clothing. The whole experience was a real eye-opener for him—a hard lesson learned. At the time, he was starting to gain some popularity, and this incident served as a stark reminder of the pitfalls that come with fame.
Oscar Mbo on his rise to stardom
Renowned South African DJ and music producer, Oscar Mbo, recently graced My Top 10 at 10 with Tbose for an exclusive sit-down interview following the release of his new project, Yes God.

There also wasn’t a lot of time because I was touring so much. It was a learning stage,” said Mbo.
