Adv Malesela Teffo’s case has been postponed for more investigations
Adv Malesela Teffo, has had his case postponed until September 6 in order to conduct additional investigations.
Teffo was charged with fraud, assault, and theft in the Pretoria Magistrates Court last week after he failed to comply with law enforcement and court personnel.
He has been detained since his arrest on August 1st.
Teffo was taken into custody on two separate occasions for reportedly breaking into a building where he was renting office space and forcing his way inside the workplace after allegedly assaulting the security guard.

In the second case, Teffo is charged with scamming two complainants who contacted him for legal advice after he was barred from practice.
Before setting up the consultation, he allegedly told the two to each transfer R6,500 into his personal account, and later ignored them.
The matter was postponed to the 6th of September for the state to obtain statements from witnesses, while Teffo has been ordered to provide his fingerprints.
