South African actress Natasha Thahane is mourning the passing of her grandmother Mam’Jwarha.
Thahane shared the news of her grandmother’s passing on social media.
“Rest in Perfect Peace Mam’Jwarha. I love you Gogo. Phumla ngoku ntombi endala. You loved us, we loved you. Enkosi Makhulu.”
Celebs and fans have been sending messages of condolences to the Blood & Water actress.
Renowned thespian Connie Chiume wrote to Natasha, “Gogo’s words must fall on fertile soil. Phumla ngoxolo mama wethu.”
Lebo M also consoled Natasha. “Bless and condolences to you and the family RIP MAMA,” he wrote.
In 2019 Natasha Thahane lost a loved one and took to social media to open up about having a difficult time coping with the loss.
“It’s been an extremely tough week for our family. On the 23rd of July 2019, we lost our Queen. Bestie. Ninja! I never thought my heart could hurt this much. I’m honestly not copying. We love you always,” she wrote.
“You’ve been the woman I’ve looked to for strength. Thank you for all your prayers, wisdom & humor. I also celebrate all the moments I was blessed to spend with you. The love you had for us helps me find comfort & healing. Ndiyabulela Ma’Khulu. We love you,” Added Thahane.
