EFF CIC Julius Malema has given the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) 3 months, until November to prosecute President Cyril Ramaphosa for his role in the Marikana massacre.
Malema says 3 months is enough time for the NPA to comply and failure to do so will result in his party taking the prosecuting authority to court.

But he will be fetched from his home even when he has retired like it happened with Jacob Zuma, for killing our people in Marikana. #MarikanaMassacre #RememberMarikana pic.twitter.com/opfmmJ7xCb

This is not a first for the EFF who in 2015 opened criminal cases against Ramaphosa, then police minister Nathi Mthethwa and senior police officials in Marikana.
It has been nine years since 34 miners died during the tragedy.
Speaking during the commemoration of the Marikana massacre on Monday, Malema says action must be taken against anyone implicated in the killings.
