According to an Italian survey, people lie about 10 times a day.
In the findings, people often lie to cover for someone else.
“Have you ever lied to cover up for someone”, asked T’bose on the Best T in the city.

Anonymous revealed that she and her husband have lied to cover up for each other at family gatherings as to why the other person didn’t make it.
Another caller said that he covers up for his friend all the time.
“If his girlfriend asks who has called him or why he is not picking up the phone, he knows that I’ll cover for him.
“He just WhatsApp’s me and I call him,” he shared.
