Orlando Pirates have made South African football history by launching a sleek, state of the art flagship store at the prestigious Mall of Africa in Midrand.
Breaking completely clear of standard matchday kiosks and third-party stockists, the Buccaneers are now standing shoulder to shoulder with the world’s top international fashion and lifestyle brands.

Director Mpumelelo “Mpumi” Khoza cut the ribbon at a star-studded VIP launch, joined by current skipper Nkosinathi Sibisi and legendary icons Happy Jele, Lucky Lekgwathi, and Brighton Mhlongo.

Timed perfectly with the rollout of the new 2026/27 home and away kits, the high energy store gives fans direct access to authentic adidas matchwear, exclusive lifestyle gear, custom shirt-printing stations, and interactive displays celebrating the club’s legendary heritage.
“This store represents a modern evolution of our brand while honouring our rich history, giving our supporters a world-class retail experience,” the club announced in an official press release.

Building on massive commercial momentum following recent high-profile deals with Suzuki South Africa and Amstel Lager, Chairman Dr Irvin Khoza commended the vision of his sons, Mpumelelo and Nkosana, for pushing the club into a dynamic new era just days before the Buccaneers launch their league title defence against Milford FC.
