Celebrity chef Siba Mtongana is known for putting delicious twists on both local and international dishes.
Siba opened her first restaurant in Cape Town in December last year.
The menu includes Sunday lunch favourites like dombolo, roast chicken, and beef carpaccio with chakalaka cream.
The ‘Global Food Goddess’ is also the queen of traditional with a twist.
Here are some of the fresh spins Siba has put on local classics in the past.

Most of us enjoy eating our ‘isidudu’ (morning pap) with a teaspoon or butter or peanut butter, but trust Siba to take things to the next level.
She makes her creamy coconut mielie meal porridge with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
