Have you noticed any changes in your mood since we entered Autumn?
Why does the seasonal transitional change from summer to autumn affect people? Well according to experts the length of the day, which is shorter in the winter and longest in the summer, is the main seasonal variable that affects mood.
However, it can also be a seasonal affective disorder also known as SAD.
The Best T in the City listeners shares how they deal with mood swings:
“My husband is so moody. Before I used to cry about it. Right now I don’t give a dam. I took him out of my heart, I don’t care about him anymore,” shares a listener.
Minky says her moods go with the seasons “I’m moody, especially during this time. I’m originally from Brits. It’s very hot there, I just change and become moody. Sometimes I just feel like crying. “
Xolani shares: “When it comes to this season I’m so sensitive. I’m too sensitive I feel like crying and I just want to see my mom. If things don’t go the way I plan. Especially during autumn.
