“Over 20 years of comedy brilliance” – Marc Lottering to join Comic’s Choice Award’s Hall Of Fame.
Veteran comedian Marc Lottering will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at this year’s Savanna Comics Choice Awards.
Lottering who is being recognized as an industry icon and trailblazer for his extraordinary contributions to comedy is a stand-up comedian who was raised in the Retreat townships of the Cape Flats.
He has received numerous Fleur du Cap Awards in addition to the 2001 Vita Award for Best Actor in a Comedy. He performed in the Royal Albert Hall’s Bafunny Bafunny show in 2010. In 2019 he wrote a new stand-up show entitled “Not A Musical” before moving to Cape Town

In a statement by Savanna Comics Choice Awards, they said:

Lottering took to social media to celebrate his upcoming induction to the Hall of Fame.
