Earlier this week Katlego Maboe was absolved for allegations of misconduct and domestic violence made by his ex Monique Muller.
Since his name was cleared, Monique has shared that she’s now being subjected to hateful messages in her DM’s from people.
Sharing some of the messages she’s received to her Instagram stories, Monique has been dragged by many who call her a liar.
In one of the direct messages, Monique was told she should get brain surgery for trying to ruin her son’s father’s career.
“Evil woman, hope you get hit by a truck!” was one of the messages she received.

South African actor, Sello Maake Ka-Ncube was of the opinion that Monique Muller was “purely malicious” for fabricating allegations against Maboe.
Sharing his “2 cents worth”, Sello said “Women need to stop blindly encouraging the ill treatment of their former partners or what is labelled as a baby daddy! These very same baby daddies have to earn a living to support their children. We have a long way to go as a society!”
Monique dismissed that Katlego was cleared of domestic abuse.
“To set the record straight. As per the agreement between the two parties, there has been no new acts of domestic violence since the application of the IPO. This is the correct outcome as per the court ruling,” she shared to her Instagram Stories.
In an interview with TshisaLive, Monique called Katlego out for embellishing the court’s ruling.
“This must be made clear. He was not found innocent of anything. Nowhere does it say he was found innocent or exonerated,” she said.
However, in a statement by his publicist, Katlego shared that the court did not make any findings of abuse and therefore dismissed the matter.
Katlego is now proceeding with his cases of defamation against his ex Monique Muller, her brother Seth Muller, Sabrina Walters founder of Women for Change, and Dr Janet van Eeden SAFTA chairperson of the judges.
