Jamie Foxx to help produce a documentary based on the life of Luther Vandross.
The Hollywood Reporter claims that Jamie Foxx will produce the movie alongside Colin Firth’s Raindog Films and his entertainment company Foxxhole Productions, with Dawn Porter serving as the director.
Foxx has been making headline in the past couple of months following a health scare that shook his fans.
He most recently made his first public appearance since his hospitalization in April.
The publication has also revealed that a biopic is also being produced based on Vandross’ only biographical book, Luther: The Life and Longing of Luther Vandross, which was written by Craig Seymour.
