South African actress and publicist Thandy Matlaila has just shared exciting news with her followers on social media. In a joyous tweet, Matlaila revealed that July had been a monumental month for her as she became the proud owner of a new home.
Accompanied by a photo holding the keys to her new abode, Matlaila expressed her happiness and gratitude for this significant milestone. In addition to her new home, she also revealed that she had joined a new running club and found a supportive training family.

Matlaila is best known for her captivating portrayal of Lindiwe Ngema on the popular SABC1 drama series Tshisa from 2006 to 2013.
Beyond her acclaimed role on Tshisa, Matlaila has showcased her hosting skills as the presenter of the youth science program Knock Knock: Ball of Fame on SABC3. Moreover, Thandy Matlaila has demonstrated her acting prowess in various projects. She notably portrayed Patricia in the SABC1 mini-series uGugu no Andile, a captivating adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, as part of the Shakespeare in Mzansi strand in 2008.
