Bonang Matheba has given the All Blacks a warning that their Rugby World Cup final clash against the Springboks is going to end in tears…for them.
Queen B didn’t hold back when she took a public swipe at the New Zealand rugby team who shared they were looking forward to meeting our boys in green and gold once again.
The 2023 Rugby WC final clash between The All Blacks and the Boks is a highly anticipated one as the rivalry between both teams is fierce.
With the entire country backing the Boks, there’s a lot resting on the team’s shoulders, and our track record against the All Blacks is not great.
Out of 104 games played against New Zealand, South Africa has lost 62 and only won 38.
However, the most recent encounter between two of the world’s best rugby teams saw the Boks thrash their rivals 35 – 7.
While Bonang is confident the boys will defend their title and bring it home yet again, many South Africans are praying the final is not as anxiety-inducing as the previous two games that ended in narrow wins for the home side.

Meanwhile, the Boks and Bongi Mbonambi are still waiting to hear if the specialised hooker will be playing in Saturday’s 21h00pm clash.
This after England’s Tom Curry lodged a complaint with the rugby body against Mbonambi over an alleged racial slur.
World Rugby has yet to release a decision on Mbonambi’s fate, and the Boks have not shared the team selection at the time this article was published.
