Renowned actress and humanitarian Nomzamo Mbatha has been appointed the first South African ambassador for the iconic haircare brand Creme of Nature.
Mbatha, celebrated for her roles in Coming 2 America and Shaka iLembe, also serves as a UN Goodwill Ambassador, Earthshot Prize Ambassador, and Global Citizen Ambassador.
This landmark partnership coincides with the brand’s official launch in South Africa, spearheaded by its “Rooted in Radiance” campaign, celebrating natural hair, culture, and confidence.
Creme of Nature, is a brand with over 65 years of experience serving textured hair.
The brand is particularly known for its nourishing Argan Oil and Pure Honey collections, designed for curly, coily, and kinky hair types.
“I am incredibly honoured to be the first African face of Creme of Nature,” stated Mbatha.
“This partnership… signifies a broader celebration of African identity and culture.”
Brand Manager Zandi Zinganto praised Mbatha as the ideal choice, noting, “Nomzamo embodies the essence of our Rooted in Radiance message. She is powerful, graceful, and celebrates African authenticity.”
Her new role with Creme of Nature aims to redefine beauty standards and empower women to embrace their authentic selves and natural hair.
