Former Miss South Africa, Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala, has been named the new National Director of Miss Supranational South Africa, signaling an exciting new chapter for the national pageant.
The appointment, officially announced on May 7th, has been met with considerable excitement and praise, with many viewing Montjane-Tshabalala’s extensive experience as a significant asset.
A seasoned figure in the international pageant world, Montjane-Tshabalala represented South Africa on the global stages of both Miss Universe and Miss World in 2011.
She also currently holds the position of director for Mrs Universe Africa, further underscoring her deep understanding of the pageant landscape.
Under Montjane-Tshabalala’s leadership, the national pageant aims to enhance its global presence in anticipation of the 2025 Miss Supranational competition, which will be held in Poland.

In a related development, the Miss South Africa Organisation has announced its decision not to participate in the Miss Supranational 2025 pageant, scheduled for June in Poland. In a statement released by the organization, they expressed their sincere gratitude to their dedicated fanbase for their ongoing support.
