Jacob Zuma’s daughter, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla, has to account for a video she shared as well as other posts shared via her Twitter account in recent days.
In the now-deleted post, a gunman is filmed shooting an ANC poster bearing the face of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The party’s acting deputy Secretary-General Jessie Duarte said Zuma-Sambudla was one of five party members who were called to account for their recent social media posts.
The posts have been seen as incitement.
Duarte said even if Zuma-Sambudla claimed that she was just sharing the posts, the wording in her posts could be interpreted as inciting violence.

Mediator appointed
She said Zuma-Sambudla is a member of the ANC and equal to every other member in the party.
“She will have to explain what her tweets mean. We are very concerned about Duduzile,” Duarte said.
She added that a mediator has been appointed to work with the Zuma family.
Taking aim at President Cyril Ramaphosa, Zuma-Sambudla tweeted: “Our Proxy Leader Of WMC Is Trying To Find Someone To Blame Here On Twitter Instead Of Leading And Taking Accountability For Failing To Lead Us And Failing To Deliver To Our People. Busy With Useless Commissions And Investigations Instead Of Directing Those Funds To The Poor!”

Her outbursts come in the wake of her father handing himself over to prison officials.
Zuma had been sentenced to 15 months imprisonment by the Constitutional Court after he failed to appear before the Zondo Commission.
He was found to be in contempt of court and was given until Sunday to hand himself over. Zuma is currently serving out his sentence at the Estcourt Correctional Centre.
He has since launched an appeal for the court to rescind his sentence claiming that he was not given a fair trial.
