Mtshali reflects on his journey, thanking co-stars, producers, and God for shaping his craft

Actor Sdumo Mtshali has given fellow actress Lerato Mvelase her flowers, describing working with her as one of the highlights of his career.
Mtshali, who recently starred in Netflix’s Marked series, said Mvelase’s craftsmanship and generosity left a lasting impression on him.
He also expressed gratitude to the production companies for affording him the opportunity to showcase his talent on a global stage.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Mtshali shared pictures from set alongside his co-stars, writing:
“Lord, thank You for bringing me safely through this week. I place every success and every struggle into Your hands… help me to finish strong, with my eyes fixed on You.”
Mtshali has graced several South African telenovelas, including Isibaya, but it was his role on My Brother’s Keeper that made him a Mzansi’s favorite.
His versatility in portraying comedy, leadership, and vulnerability kept audiences entertained in the prime 19h30 slot, earning him widespread praise for his range as an actor.
