He shared how both positive and negative feedback on social media can spur or inhibit innovation as unfavorable remarks could be demoralizing and cause someone to doubt themselves and be reluctant to share their work.
The impact of consuming too much social media comments on ones work typically affects the artist’s sensitivity and the type of feedback they receive can determine how much of an impact remarks have.
