Former Kaizer Chiefs Winger, Junior Khanye revealed he once had a drunken night wih 6 women at the Kaizer Chiefs Head Quarters in Naturena.
The 38-year old footballer who now plays for Malanti Chiefs in the Swazi Premier League, recalled how he drank so much that night, that he fell down the stairs and passed out.
“I went in with my friend and 6 women, I fell down the stairs because I was drunk and went to bed late.
I won’t lie, it’s in the past.”

Junior Khanye said he turned to the bottle when his pay cheques were getting affected, and he felt like he was being buried alive.
“As I said I was being buried alive, compared to Brighton.
With Brighton, it was because of an injury but with me, my reputation was being dented at an early age.
People knew how good I was but they didn’t want to take me on because I’d damage their reputation.
And in SA if you get to retire at the age of 30, there’s no way they wouldn’t listen to whatever the media says.
The media can make or break you.”
Khanye is now finding his feet again, and is also a motivational speaker who wants to contribute to the world of football from grassroots to professional level.
