Mmusi Maimane’s Build One South Africa (BOSA) has laid charges against Ramaphosa, Gordan and De Ruyter.
Maimane said on social media that he had opened a criminal case legally compelling Andre De Ruyter and Pravin Gordhan to divulge any and all on Eskom looting.
He also mentioned that he had laid charges against the following Andre De Ruyter, Minister of Public Enterprises Pravin Gordhan as well as Cyril Ramaphosa.
According to Maimane, de Ruyter is required to provide testimony and identify the cabinet members he has charged with corruption at the utility company.

Maimane was addressing in Cape Town, where he is accusing de Ruyter and Pravin Gordhan, the minister of public enterprises, of crimes.
“What has happened to the Eskom looting as the matter has gone on has been a function of conspiracy,”
“He [de Ruyter] is compelled by law to provide the evidence that he has stated. So to me, whether he is in country or not in country, he must come and provide evidence. The only people I worry about fleeing are these ministers that have been highlighted in this thing.”
“We have been hearing of sabotage, we have been hearing of poisoning and yet what we haven’t heard from is what the South African police have done and what in fact the SIU investigations have delivered and so ultimately we believe that no one can stand up in public and state the issue of a criminal case or at least collusion that is taking place and failed to have a criminal investigation taking place. We cannot stand for corruption,” said Maimane.
