Some social media users questioned the requirements, adding the fact that they neglected plus size ladies. Miss SA organisers were also thrown into the debate, with Tweeps saying the beauty pageant has been doing it for years.
There’s a lot of industries out there that don’t take plus size women, e.g Miss SA and Flight attendant. Yall only complain now when Ayepyep chose to be honest about it’s preference. https://t.co/wymfvofthy

ANC hires only old people to run the country you guys keep quiet only a few people speak up.

Ayepyep lifestyle has its own preference just like every woman when it comes to men, anyway let’s not make it about gender. If you feel like there’s some sort of discrimination here, open your own lifestyle then you’ll understand something called brand alignment 🔓 pic.twitter.com/7OB90r1Yoh

I really hear the outrage on Ayepyep, and I will not defend them. Just remember, people don’t mind discrimination, they hate being discriminated against. So unless it affects them too, they aren’t coming to help you fight your fight.
