Connie Chiume, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, and Felicia Mabuza-Suttle enjoy lunch in Atlanta
Connie Chiume is living her best life in Atlanta, USA.
The veteran actress recently met with Felicia Mabuza-Suttle and the former deputy president of South Africa, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka.
The ladies were joined by a couple of other South Africans who are currently in the United States.
They shared pictures of themselves enjoying lunch and drinks.
According to the video description, the lunch was to celebrate the SA Women’s Alliance, which has been hosting Women’s Month seminars in Atlanta and to bid farewell to Mlambo-Ngcuka.
The politician has been serving as United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UN Women since 2013.
“Highlight of the week was shutting down woman’s month with my fellow sisters! Celebrating SAWA and bidding farewell to our sister Africans united,” Connie Chiume wrote on Instagram.
“Thank you Sisters of Atlanta for a great weekend. Felicia thank you for making moments count and Thank you SAWA for helping us conclude women’s month with a message ‘ women are not superhumans’ #Molapos you Rock,” wrote Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka.
“As we say goodbye to @phumzilemlambongcuka in Atlanta. We will miss her in the US. Go and enjoy your #preferment ‘shero of mine.’ You have served your country with great honor,” wrote Felicia Mabuza- Suttle.
