The lies we tell ourselves when we are heartbroken.
Relationships really need a serious manual, especially the stage when you are experiencing a breakup.
There reality is when this happens you suddenly have a lot of free time, you use up a lot of tissues as you cry out your sorrows, and despite knowing you shouldn’t.
You go back and forth and have this internal dialogue, repeatedly telling yourself certain things to make yourself feel better.
Relationship experts will tell that it takes time to properly digest a breakup, and there are instances when being patient is the only way to come out on the other side.
