The milk crate challenge is back and taking over social media timelines once again. What started as an internet frenzy in 2011 has been restacked and many are now trying a different approach to the challenge that left people shaking their heads in disbelief.
After numerous failed attempts and injuries linked to the milk crate challenge since 2011, it seems people are bringing it back for some backyard fun and the challenge has been circulating once more.
A recent video shows a young lady atop a neatly stacked pile of milk crates with her entire neighbourhood present to witness her taking on the challenge.
The entire neighbourhood bet on Tee and Tee got paid, is what the caption on the post said. In the video, Tee braces herself before quickly running and jumping down the crates before the collapse under her.
She didn’t fall and landed smoothly on the ground in a split that was an impressive feat for someone who looked nervous mere moments before.
While the challenge looks fun, it has the potential to be really dangerous with a number of people reporting injuries from falling off the crates from a height and landing awkwardly either on other crates or the ground.
This challenge is not recommended unless you’re Tee of course!
