
Anthony Anderson graduates with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at age 51.
Anthony Anderson, a US actor, has just graduated from Howard University, realizing a goal he had had for 30 years.
The 51-year-old obtained a bachelor’s degree in fine arts last week from the historically black college.
The “Black-ish” star honored his kid as well as a number of other people in his tweet, including actress Phylicia Rashad, who serves as the dean of Howard University’s college of fine arts.

He shared pictures of himself at the graduation ceremony with Phylicia Rashad and Taraji P. Henson, who was this year’s commencement speaker and a 1995 alumnus of the college of fine arts.
“To quote Biggie, ‘IT WAS ALL A DREAM!’” Anderson wrote. “Words can’t begin to describe the emotional roller coaster [sic] I’m on right now. It’s literally been 30 years in the making.
“This spring I was finally able to complete the work to graduate from Howard University with a BFA degree from the Chadwick A Boseman College of Fine Arts! Yesterday was a full circle moment,”
