Trevor Noah is serious about becoming a property mogul.
The South African comedian and Emmy-winning host is reportedly selling his recently bought Bel-Air mansion for a whooping R445-million.
Trevor bought the mansion in January 2021 for $27,500,000 (roughly R412-million).
According to several publications, the ‘Daily Show’ star has listed his home and is hoping to make a profit of more than $2.25 million (R33 463 251.00).
The house is located in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California and was built in 2014.
It was designed by architect Mark Rios and has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an office, library, elevator, gym, spa, steam room, and game room.

The property has a motor court that can accommodate ten cars.
The three-storey mansion has floor-to-ceiling walls of glass with ocean and mountain views.
It is not clear what renovation and improvements Trevor has done since buying the property.
