South Africa’s favourite comedy export is making bank, no doubt. It’s being reported that Trevor Noah has purchased a 1002-square meter house for $27.5 million (421 million rand) in Bel Air, Los Angeles.
This is after buying an ultra-luxury penthouse apartment in Manhattan, New York for $20.5 million in January 2019. According to Architectural Digest, he sold this apartment for $21.7 million in September 2020.

We have serious house envy
Six bedrooms,11 bathrooms, a movie theatre leading to a rooftop terrace, a library, an office, a spa and a steam room, make up this three-story home. It has a custom saltwater aquarium, a stone bar, a cigar room, a marble kitchen, custom cabinetry, and up to 250 bottles of climate-controlled wine storage space.
A few snapshots of what it looks like inside:

Good money makes good neighbours
The house is located in an area with prime real-estate not very far from Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills. If Trevor runs out of sugar, he can just pop over to neighbours Beyonce and Jay Z to borrow a cup. Or go play a bit of soccer with David Banda, Madonna’s Malawian-born teenage son.
We would advise Trev to never get on the wrong side of his other neighbour, Nicholas Cage.
Congrats Trevor. We’ll be waiting for our housewarming invite.
