Do you have those friends who you feel that it’s high time they grow up and start acting their age? Our hosts share the same sentiments.
At eight on the Morning Show with Thomas and Skhumba – they asked the listeners to share their experiences with friends/peers who refuse to grow up.
Thomas said that one can’t be an adult but leave their house without ironing their clothes.
They also called out Oskido to take it easy with the Tik Tok videos. He recently trended for taking part in the viral Babes Wodumo challenge on the social media platform.
Thomas added that people are too old to be calling their partners boyfriends/girlfriends. They should just refer to them as ‘partner’.

This is to all the men who depend on their girlfriends, partners, wives for a living – the lazy lovers. The guys who don’t want to work, laze around at home, calling themselves house what what. Hhayi ni badala, hambani ni yo sebenza.#ThomasAndSkhumba

Listeners react:
As soon as the lines were opened – a volume of hilarious voice notes came through.
Benny McCarthy was slammed for still rocking an S-curl in his 40s.
Another caller said that people are too old to be doing vat n sit for more than five years.
Skhumba revealed that he is not happy with people who slurp tea and older couples who still wear matching clothes.
“This Is for men over twenty-five. We can’t be teaching you how to treat us if you are over the age of twenty-five.” Complained a listener through a voice note.
Other listeners revealed that they are not happy with men who eat pies in public places and men who smoke hubbly and post the videos on social media.
“You are too old to be asking your parents for petrol money every other week and still not pay back the money.” Voiced a listener.
