There is a saying that says ‘a good neighbor is one that has your back at all times.’
In many neighborhoods across the country we all know of illegal activities that happen and we choose to turn a blind eye on.
The truth is, it is important to remember that your neighbors, for all their flaws, are likely going to remain in the neighborhood for a good deal of time. Calling the police to file an official report against neighbors is something they’re likely to remember.
One thing to know is that it will likely result in a breakdown of any civil relationship you might have had, plus a great deal of awkwardness.
Thomas and Skhumba asked Kaya 959 listeners if they’ve ever called the police on their neighbors when they noticed illegal activities.
Report them??? Kanjani coz most of the illegal activities are done by cops! 🤷🏾♂️ Ekasi lami our street committee delivers more justice than the police officers or station! So, Andizi! 🖐🏾#ThomasAndSkhumba pic.twitter.com/TucU95mdYD
