Springbok forward Trevor Nyakane recently marked his 36th birthday with an intimate celebration filled with love, laughter, and gratitude.
The rugby star chose to spend his special day with his wife and daughter, enjoying a beautiful dinner together.
Taking to social media, Nyakane expressed his heartfelt appreciation:
“+1 today 🎂 Special moments with my family is all I need. My heart is so full right now. What an awesome birthday. Love both my wife and daughter.”
The message resonated with fans, many of whom flooded the comments section with warm birthday wishes for the beloved player.
Nyakane currently plays for the Sharks in the United Rugby Championship, having rejoined the Durban-based team in 2024 following a stint with French side Racing 92.
He has been an integral part of the Springbok squad for several years and was a key contributor to South Africa’s victories in the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan and the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.
He also featured in the Springbok team that triumphed over the British & Irish Lions in the 2021 series.
