It is an intelligent force that regulates your breathing, and controls thought, memory, emotion, touch, motor skills, vision, breathing, and temperature, amongst many things.
It is always working and always thinking.

Kaya Drive with Sizwe Dhlomo asked Kaya 959 listeners to share some of the things they can’t stop thinking about every day.
Buying a brand new house
There are many people who can’t stop thinking about owning their dream house. One listener shared how she can’t stop thinking of ways to acquire a brand new house.
Falling in love
There are also a lot of lonely souls looking for love, who spend many days thinking about finding their soulmates. They think about potential prospects, where they will go on a date, what they will wear on the date, and what they will talk about. Some go as far as planning their wedding day, the names of their 3 children and where they will live.
Financial Freedom
We all know the importance of money and how it somewhat equates to some level of peace and happiness. One Kaya 959 listener spoke about how she wishes to get out of debt and shared how it always occupies her mind.

Safety of your children
As a guardian, one of the most important things you always worry about is your children’s safety. Whether it’s the security in their school, if they are being bullied, who they play with, and you try by all means to ensure they are protected from any harm. One listener shared how her children’s safety is her top priority and how she can’t stop thinking about it.

According to a study by Queens University in Kingston, Canada, humans have around 6,200 thoughts per day.
