Prince Kaybee is looking back on a tough 2021. He says it “was not the best year”.
The music producer had an eventful year that was full of headline-grabbing moments. Prince Kaybee was left redfaced in May when someone leaked nude pictures of him on the internet.
A woman named Eurica claimed she had been seeing the ‘Sbindi Uyabulala’ hitmaker for five years. Her claims raised eyebrows because Prince Kaybee was in a relationship with Zola Mhlongo.
He denied the cheating allegations and threatened to take legal action over the leaked nudes.
Prince Kaybee made a U-turn shortly after. He admitted that he did cheat on Zola and apologised for his behaviour.
“I cheated, I humiliated my girlfriend publicly. To the people I have disappointed, the businesses I represent, my girlfriend and my mother I profusely apologise from the bottom of my heart,” he wrote in a since-deleted tweet.
Five months later Zola announced that she was expecting her first child. Kaybee did not share the baby news on social media but told TshisaLive that they are still together and said “she’s not going anywhere”.
He said they just decided to keep their relationship private after the drama surrounding his nudes.

Prince Kaybee also had a mini twar with Cassper Nyovest in 2021. The drama started when Prince Kaybee threw shade at the ‘Tito Mboweni’ rapper after he gifted his new sneakers to celebrities.
Without mentioning names, Prince Kaybee tweeted that it made more sense to give the sneakers to fans.
Cassper replied to his tweet. He challenged “Princess Kyabee” to a boxing match.
“The tweets ain’t gon make you more famous or more money. My shoe is doing well, I have the biggest song in the country & I can’t wait to knock you out o marete!!”
Despite the lows of 2021, Prince Kaybee had many great moments. He was pictured on the ground cleaning up after looters following the July unrest.
He also revealed that DJ Cleo inspired him to go back to school.
Prince Kaybee did not have the best 2021, but he is determined to make 2022 better.
“Yo man, it was not the best year for me personally, d****s flying everywhere on social media, not inspired musically, Covid, got attacked at my establishment and broke my wrist and I ddnt buy a new car this year…, hope yours was better, lets try again next year. I’m out,” he tweeted this week.
