An angry Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) employee vented his frustrations out at his employer by using a fire engine hose on the main building at King Shaka International Airport.
The video was captured by a stunned onlooker who could not believe what he was witnessing. There’s no indication as to why the fire engine was parked at the airport parking, but in the short social media clip, no visible signs of a fire are imminent.
Which is why social media users were left wondering what could have pushed the angry ACSA employee over the edge.
The pressure from a fire engine hose is no laughing matter and an untrained individual operating the hose may risk injury to themselves or put others in a hazardous situation.

Fortunately no one was injured in this incident and no damages have been reported, despite the disgruntled employee targeting a number of parked cars at the airport too.
It is unclear at this stage what the employee’s reasons were but some social media users suggest it might have something to do with his salary.
“It’s the 25th of the month, he probably wasn’t paid well. Deductions etc..”
King Shaka International Airport said the incident did not impact operations and the matter is being investigated by SAPS.
