The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is calling on members to contribute cows, groceries and donations to fund the party’s 10th birthday celebrations.
A video message with EFF Commander-In-Chief (CIC), Julius Malema shared on Monday, 08 May, called on “fighters” to fund the revolution with as little as R10 because no contribution is too small.
Malema reminded people that the EFF has over the past 10-years fought for the equality of the poorest in the country.
“Our organisation will be celebrating 10-years of unbroken struggle, 10-years of anti-corruption, 10-years of fighting racism, 10-years of being in the forefront for the land, 10-years of making sure that the African people are represented without fear of favour.
We need resources to finance this organisation, because without resources this organisation will never succeed.
It depends on genuine donations and contributions from peace-loving South Africans and revolutionaries from the African continent.”

Malema said the EFF is welcoming donations from as little as R10, with different SMS numbers for the amounts, alternatively people can donate on the party’s website.
The donations will be used to fund the EFF’s 10th anniversary rally on 29 July at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec.
In a separate video message, EFF Treasurer General, Omphile Maotwe said apart from financial contributions, people were welcome to donate cows, groceries, vegetables or beverages to ensure the rally is a success.
