Dunster suggested that parents need to start early by helping their children with their career choices.
“Other than sports, parents can involve kids in duties and activities in the house, or when they do the planning, budgeting and other activities in the house. Giving children exposure to other activities in the house is very important.”
“Another way is to expose your kids to information at an early age. Parents should also expose their kids to career counselling at a very early age, this is for the to understand the capabilities from an early age.”
