The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted most people’s lives and even though the world is back to normal, it’s going to take a while for things to be the way they were pre-Covid-19.
“How have the last two years been? Have you bounced back?” Asks The Best T in the City with Tbose.
Zanele shares how she’s managed to bounce back after losing her husband a year ago.
“I would say I have bounced back. Having lost my husband last year in may I would say there were just a lot of things that were not going okay. I had to relocate this year because of work and find my child a school in Pretoria.
“Everything has been going well so far. New place and environment.”
A listener shares his journey to recovery.
“I’ve bounced back this year. I have been sick since last year.
“I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and then had issues with my kidneys then highblood. Now I’m back and stable on the sickness part. But in terms of love, I can’t seem to bounce back as I am messing up relationships.”

#DidYouBounceBack I did because when you lose so many people in a short space of time you learn to "manage" the cluster of feelings that come with bereavement, those who are gone are on a different time schedule ,and we will catch up with them in God's time .
