Starting his musical journey as a Hip-Hop artist, A-Star decided to explore the Afro Dance genre more after Afrobeat took over the world. He wanted to stay true to his African roots until he found his style with Afro Dance music which is a fusion of Afrobeat, Afro House and Amapiano.
His love for Hip Hop and listening to his favourite artists Jay Z, Kanye West, Tupac, Biggie and Nas is what sparked his path in music, studying music production which then launched him as an Afro Dance artist.
