Two weeks after losing to Sizwe Dhlomo on-air, Keneiloe Huma finally honours her bet.
After mounting pressure from Kaya Drive listeners calling for Keneiloe to pay Sizwe the R200 he was owed, Keneiloe coughed up the cash.
Literally accounting for every Rand owed, the fiesty newsreader saved up 100 R2 coins which she handed the drive show host in a jar.
If you thought Sizwe was going to turn down the jar full of coins, you thought wrong. The outspoken radio host grabbed the jar with both hands and proceeded to count the money.
Making sure Keneiloe paid up every Rand that was due to him.
Handing Sizwe the jar at the start of the show, Keneiloe told the team that she was always going to honour the bet she had taken, she just needed to save up.
The two spirited radio personalities took the bet on what was supposed to be Keneiloe’s last day on Kaya Drive.
“I’m not leaving Kaya guys. It’s not a big deal!” she laughed. Naturally Siz disagreed and said her exit on the show is a big deal.
Reminding Keneiloe every day for the past 2 weeks that she still owes him money, Sizwe was happy he was now R200 richer.
