Mzansi’s favourite telenovelas are turning up the heat this week. Things are set to take a dramatic turn as secret lives are exposed, relationships are tested, and family feuds threaten to spiral out of control.
Viewers can expect a week filled with shocking revelations, messy confrontations, romance, and high-stakes power struggles.
Characters will also be forced to face the consequences of their choices.
Here’s what’s happening on Nyala O…, Kwa Baba, Inimba S2 and Homecoming S2 from Monday, 7 September to Friday, 11 September 2026.
Nyala O (Monday to Wednesday at 7 PM)
This week is packed with family conflict, relationship drama, and public confrontations. Kea (Mapaseka Koetle) refuses to let Rhami (Motlatsi Mafatshe) off the hook easily after his mistakes, while Pretty’s financial struggles and resentment fuel tensions around the children and their grandparents. Things reach a tipping point when Pretty (Amanda Seome) attempts to publicly humiliate Kea on a podcast, but the plan backfires spectacularly. Instead of driving Kea and Rhami further apart, it helps bring them back together. Meanwhile, Ernest (Aubrey Mmakola) uncovers Mapula’s (Tsholofelo Matshaba) secret spending habits, creating another crisis for the family.
Kwa Baba (Monday to Friday at 7 :30 PM)
Zwelakhe (Vuyo Biyela) and Bahumi (Rorisang Mohape-Grootboom) continue building their future together and begin seeing the rewards of their perseverance. However, a fierce power struggle between Dumisani (Lindani Nkosi) and Mhlaba (Zenzelisphesihle (Sparky) Xulu) dominates the week, escalating from disagreements to a dangerous feud. As Mhlaba increasingly challenges his father’s authority, their rivalry reaches breaking point. At the same time, MaMbokazi (Hlengiwe Lushaba-Madlala) worries that Zwelakhe is turning away from his destiny and seeks spiritual guidance, while other family members navigate their own battles over money, loyalty and influence.
Inimba S2 (Monday to Friday at 8:30 PM)
Thulani’s (Zizi Peteni) web of deception starts to unravel as he is pushed to finally confess the truth about the life he has been hiding from his family. Each revelation brings more pain, threatening both his marriage and relationship with his son. Elsewhere, Sydney (Siyabonga Shibe) believes he has found a way to escape Lazarus’ (Loyiso Macdonald) control, only to walk into an even bigger trap. Meanwhile, Azande (Siya Raymond Sepotokele) and Portia (Buntu Petse) uncover clues linked to a major mystery, while Qhawe’s (Ayakha Ntunja) missing stash falls into the worst possible hands, leading to serious consequences.
Homecoming S2 (Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM)
Romance blossoms between Zethu (Mpume “Six” Nyamane) and Msizi’s (Mavuso Simelane) as their relationship grows stronger throughout the week. However, their happiness attracts attention, particularly from MaNkwanyane (Shine Madela), who becomes increasingly interested in Msizi herself. While love flourishes, Shobane’s (Mpilo Mbatha) dangerous double life begins to collapse. Missing money and drugs leave him desperate, forcing him into confrontations that expose long-buried personal demons and put his life at risk. Zethu makes a major life-changing decision affecting her future with Msizi, while Shobane is finally forced to face his troubled past.
