Royal AM Chairperson, Andile Mpisane has reportedly served Sithelo Shozi with a lawyer’s letter demanding paternity tests.
As detailed in the Sunday World, Andile who first questioned the paternity of their second child, now wants tests done to confirm that both girls are in fact his.
Things are getting heated between the former couple who have been at loggerheads following Sithelo’s claims that Andile abused her, during their relationship.
Sithelo also claims that she suffered a miscarriage, after he physically assaulted her in the presence of friends and family.
Andile and Sithelo split just 3-months after she had given birth to their second daughter. According to reports, Andile broke up with Sithelo after he questioned the paternity of the child.
Andile went on to marry Tamia Louw in December last year, and the couple’s daughter turned 1-month old in June.
It is alleged that Sithelo will need to comply with the paternity tests which have been requested for either 11 or 13 July.
“Our client has in recent past requested that you both take paternity (DNA) tests in respect of Baby Flo and Baby Coco to lay to rest the old rumours of infidelity on your part during the time when the kids were conceived, and instead of addressing our client’s genuine request, you opted to divert attention from the real issues at hand by throwing up allegations of abuse against our client.”

Last week, Andile’s mother Shauwn Mkhize released a statement saying Sithelo’s allegations had been referred to their lawyers.
Sithelo has not responded to reports that she’s been requested to see out the paternity tests.
