One of Jub Jub’s alleged victims of rape and assault has spoken out, sharing details of the experience that left her paralyzed.
According to Sunday Times, the woman whose identity cannot be revealed, claims she was raped by the Uyajola 9/9 presenter when she was in Grade 11 or 12, and still a virgin.
The woman is one of four women who have accused Molemo Maarohanye, better known by his stage name Jub Jub, of rape, assault and attempted murder.
This comes after the TV personality and hip hop artist was arrested and released on R10 000 bail on Thursday, 27 July.
Jub Jub, handed himself over to police, having cooperated with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) investigation over the rape allegations, following the shocking allegations made by his ex-girlfriend Amanda du Pont in 2021.
Du Pont, named and shamed Jub Jub, in a video after he made comments about “smashing her” in an interview with Mac G.
Since then, three other women have come out to join Du Pont in accusing Jub Jub of raping them.
I was still a virgin, I was in shock, paralyzed
As reported by Sunday Times, one of Jub Jub’s alleged victims, says she was just in Grade 11 or 12 when she dated the rapper for a few months in 1998 or 1999.
Still a virgin, she said Jub Jub was aware of this, but still invited her over to his parent’s home in Naturena for a movie date.
After kissing her, the woman claims Jub Jub invited her to his bedroom where he persuaded her to have sex with him.
Despite telling him she was not ready, she claims Jub Jub overpowered her and got on top of her, forcing her legs open.
“I told him I was not ready. I repeatedly said no, and kept pushing him away, and even used my knees and legs to push him off because he was on top of me.
He told me it would be quick and I should relax. A physical struggle ensued.
He eventually overpowered me, pulled my legs open and penetrated me. I was numb, and in complete shock.
I stopped fighting, I was paralyzed.
The experience was brief and painful. I was still numb afterwards. I put on my clothes and went home.”

The woman says she was instructed by Jub Jub the next day to go to the pharmacy and get morning after pills to avoid falling pregnant.
Three of the women who have come forward to file rape charges against Jub Jub are public figures, while the fourth is reportedly a relative of the rapper, this according to the publication.
Meanwhile, the rapper’s lawyer says the charges brought against his client are a fabricated attempted to derail his career and ruin his reputation.
