Actor Ntobeko Sishi confirms his exit from Gomora Mzansi after making his last appearance.
Sishi penned a heartfelt message to the cast and crew and fans of the telenovela.
“Oh my boy Ntokzin, today was the last time we saw you on our screens, and for good reason,” he wrote. “Thanks for carrying me on your shoulders for the past 3 years and helping me grow as a person and artist through your own development.”
The actor thanked the production company Seriti Films for the “life-changing opportunity.”
“I’d name everyone but it would be a list too long. God bless the Gomora production team, cast, crew, and audience, (especially those I’ve stolen to be friends in my own endeavors,” he wrote.
The actor now shifts his focus to music. In s statement shared, the actor said that the “timing is right.”
“Sometimes you happen to find yourself in a situation, the vibe is right, the company is right, and all of a sudden you become someone who can dance,” said the actor.
“I’m grateful for the character of Ntokozo. Through Ntokozo I was able to engage in the journey of finding a home, finding a place to belong, and navigating the trepidation of an unpredictable world.”
