Celebrity gossip blogger Musa Khawula is on thin ice, as South African celebs have started calling him out over the malicious rumours he spreads.
Last week, the Pope of Pop Culture as Musa refers to himself, speculated that Minnie Dlamini’s marriage fell apart because she allegedly cheated on her husband.
Edwin Sodi was named as the man Minnie was involved with whilst married to her now estranged husband, Quinton Jones.
Minnie has since threatened to take legal action against Musa Khawula for his false, damaging and malicious allegations.
But she’s not the only one who has had enough of Musa’s far-reaching fabrications as his recent rumours about Amanda du Pont and Sjava have people questioning his credibility.
Insinuating that Amanda du Pont has stepped out on her husband, Shawn Rodriques and has rekindled her romance with her ex, Cassper Nyovest.
As if that wasn’t enough, Musa went on to further proclaim that Amanda has a new boyfriend.
Musa went on with “further details” about Amanda du Pont’s new boyfriend by sharing that he’s Nigerian drug lord. He also suggested that it was his drug money that paid for Amanda’s recent vacation in Cape Town.
In response, Amanda shared the full video, which was where Musa cropped the “incriminating” evidence from.
“An afternoon riding bikes and scooters with my friends. The image you posted seems to be a malicious cropped version to insinuate rumours. For clarity, the man in the image is my bodyguard.”
Amanda ended her response by politely asking Musa to leave her name out of his gossip.
Then on Sunday, 15 May, Sjava became Musa’s new target when he shared that the Top 30, Umcebo hitmaker had taken a fourth wife.
Ngizwe Mchunu, better known as Sjava had according to Musa, married Lindi Khuzwayo.
However, many slammed Musa for spreading lies because the woman in the picture is actually Floda Mthimkhulu, one of Sjava’s three wives.
It seems that Musa’s credibility has been brought to the spotlight.
