The actress and entrepreneur who is best known for her role as Queen Moroka on Generations, is focusing on good vibes only after battling with depression.
In September 2023, Sophie opened up about her battle with depression, being diagnosed with diabetes and surviving an abusive relationship, all of which took a toll on her mental health.
Despite her hardships, the 50-year old is now the epitome of boss babe, and she’s elevating other women in her journey to self-love.
Sophie’s post on Instagram this morning is a reminder to all women to love themselves first, stressing that this is what sets the standards for all your relationships.
