AKA’s record label Vth season has received backlash from the Megacy after endorsing his longtime nemesis Cassper Nyovest.
On Tuesday, Vth Season promoted Cassper’s show in Kampala, Uganda in April, also sharing booking details thus giving fans the impression that they’ve signed Mufasa.
Fans of AKA have taken to social media to call out 5th season for pissing on the rapper’s legacy:
It was nice doing business with you Vth Season byeee.

Following the backlash, Vth season boss Raphael Benza has taken to social media to set the record straight. He says they haven’t signed Cassper in any way shape or form.
“Cassper is a talented artist and has an extremely capable Team. Don’t get distracted,” posted BENZA.
Cassper’s manager TLee thanked Benza for clarifying the matter and for the support over the years.
“Thanks again for the work you’ve sent our way over the years & thanks to your team for being amazing to deal with when. we book your talent,” wrote TLee.
