Podcaster and reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase has given fans a candid update on her life-changing mommy makeover, exactly seven days after undergoing an abdominoplasty.
The 39-year-old mother of four revealed that after three pregnancies, with one resulting in twins, she no longer felt like herself and had lost confidence in her body.
While she tried diet and exercise, she admitted that the process was too slow to give her the results she wanted.
Sharing her journey on Instagram, Nozipho reflected on the early days of her recovery:
“Day 1 when I got home I thought, mxm I got this. I don’t know what the fuss was about. A lot of people scared me, but Google did the most scarring. 😀
“But the 4x C-sections have made me a pain-tolerant momma. Out of 10, I can honestly say the pain level has been a 3. But to be fair, I’m taking those painkillers religiously 🙈🙈.”
She admitted that she’s had to adjust her sleeping position to ease discomfort, but said the pain was worth it.
“However, I look in the mirror and I’m like DAMN gal. Even I wasn’t ready for this snatchness 😀😀. Even though there’s some swelling, I’m loving the results already.”
Despite her ongoing family drama trending on social media, Nozipho says the procedure has given her a renewed sense of confidence.
She promised her followers that she would continue to share updates on her recovery journey.
