In an unprecedented moment for hip-hop, Virginia Beach duo Clipse became the first rap act to perform at the Vatican, taking to the stage at St. Peter’s Square on 13 September 2025.
Brothers Pusha T and No Malice were part of ‘Grace for the World’, a global concert event co-directed by Pharrell Williams and Andrea Bocelli.
The concert was streamed live on Disney+, Hulu, and ABC News Live.
The duo delivered an emotional, orchestral rendition of their track, “The Birds Don’t Sing,” from their recently released album, Let God Sort ‘Em Out.
They were joined on stage by singer John Legend and a full ensemble, creating a powerful performance that explored themes of reflection, transformation, and spirituality.
