Buying your first home is a huge achievement and these celebrities are lucky enough to have bought their own properties before turning 35.
Not only did they purchase their own luxury homes, but some of them have already paid them off.
It is a huge accomplishment as it usually takes most people 20 years.
Here’s a look at five stars under 35 and their gorgeous homes.
Bonang Matheba
Bonang Matheba bought her first home – a posh apartment in Hyde Park – when she was just 24.
Fours later, South Africa’s media darling had paid off the property. She called her apartment her little “slice of heaven”.
Queen B went on to buy another property in the Waterfall Country Estate in Midrand.
But the 33-year-old won’t be spending a lot of time in the double-store house in 2021. She just relocated to New York to conquer America!
Ayanda Thabethe
TV presenter Ayanda Thabethe bought her first home in her early 30s. One year after purchasing the property, the star revealed that she had officially paid off the property.

“By the grace of God, I’ve paid off my house. My first property. Biggest achievement. I always say, secure yourself first,” she tweeted in June 2019.
Ayanda’s success did not happen overnight. The model had to work her butt off to be taken seriously as a TV presenter. Her life changed for the better when she joined ‘Top Billing’ in 2017.
“When I got on to Top Billing I hadn’t paid off my house and I didn’t have a fancy car but I was inspired to work hard,” she told Drum magazine in an interview.
The gig helped her build her personal brand and the endorsement deals started rolling in.

Boity Thulo
Boity Thulo spoiled herself on her 26th birthday by buying herself a mansion. The property was worth a whopping R4-million.
“26th birthday gift to myself. God is at work,” she tweeted in 2016.

It is unclear if Boity still lives in the home, but she has been making big moves since then. She is now a businesswoman with several businesses under her name, including her very own pharmaceutical company.

Amanda du-Pont
Amanda du-Pont gave her fans a glimpse of her gorgeous Johannesburg home last year. The multi-million rand property featured in House & Garden magazine in December.
“Home is where the heart is,” the 32-year-old wrote on Instagram.
Natasha Thahane
Natasha Thahane is the latest celebrity to join the homeowners club. The 25-year-old bought her first property in April 2021.
“I’m officially a Homeowner. God is Faithful. Despite the evolving and unstable seasons that life brings, we are called to trust Him. He is a consistent provider & comforter. Thank You All for always supporting me,” she tweeted.
Natasha recently hosted a small housewarming party for her close friends and family.
